A quick lesson on tidyness

I think this really speaks to the India I've seen so far. Here is a "trashcan."





If you can't read it, it says surrounding clean and tidy.

Also, while I write this, one of the cleaning staff boys is watching me type this. It's a terribly amusing scene. He can read some English, but no Tamil as he is a native Telugu speaker. I spent zero time learning any Telugu, so we're having a hard time communicating. I guess I'll go learn how to read and write Telugu this coming week. I also apparently need to learn Bengali because of all the Bengalis in the department...
